Excellent quality meat.
The pork was sublime (my favourite), good thick cut chops and full of flavour
The lamb was tasty and tender without being too fatty.
The chicken looks and tastes like chicken and are consistent sizes, rather than the mksmatched grey stuff you find in supermarkets
The minced beef and burgers were very tasty.
The breakfast bacon and sausages were fantastic, and puts my in danger of having a fry up every morning
All in all, it's what meat should look, smell and taste like. It was a pleasure to cook, and having worked in commercial kitchens I would say the quality is as good if not better as any I've seen.
