Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise specified, our products are sold individually or in portions at a price and any indication of weight provided with the product description is for guidance only. In these cases we do not guarantee the weight of the product.
Occasionally we run out of stock on some items. Whilst this is rare, we will try to replace the items with a similar product unless you specify in the online customer instructions box that you would prefer a refund.
On the rare occasions where our products do not meet your expectations, we will refund without question as long as we are informed within 48 hours of supply.
The photography is selected to inspire customers to think about how the meet could be cooked. The photographs are not withecombes.co.uk meat products but are representative of the meat that we sell. Some of the photographs are of the actual product in cooked or uncooked state, but not all.
Click & Collect
We offer click and collect from Joy Street with no extra charge.
Delivery Rates & Information
We deliver in a 20 mile radius of Joy Street Barnstaple, Tuesday to Saturday, inclusive.
- Minimum Order Value For Free Delivery £60.00.
- Within 5 miles of Joy Street, order value greater than £30 the charge is £2
- Within 20 miles but in excess of 5 miles, order value greater than £30 the charge is £4
- Within 5 miles of Joy Street, the order value is less than £30 the charge is £4
- Within 20 miles and in excess of 5 miles and order value less than £30, the charge is £6
Orders received on any working day will be processed on the day before selected delivery. Amendments to orders are possible via email or telephone or social media. We cannot guarantee to make the required changes, particularly in times of high demand.
We do not currently offer national delivery.
Packaging & Transport
Local orders are packed bags and transported in our own refrigerated vans.
For online purchases we only accept payments in £ sterling by debit or credit card through the website.
We take every care to ensure our produce is in perfect condition when we dispatch it to you. However, if you are not happy with the quality or condition of any order items received, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
