We had the fillet in a Beef Wellington last night and it was excellence. Very tender and tasty and I would recommend it to everyone. Obviously not a cheap meal but well worth it for a special meal.

Lovely cut of meat, great delivery service.
Shame the marrow wasn't in stock and we didn't find out until it wasn't with the delivery.
