Now you are talking! The Butcher's sons favourite (just a bigger, better version!). Sirloin cuts are often the leaner parts of a steak, with high protein and low fat content. Whilst delicious, cuts of sirloin aren't quite as strong in flavour as say, a ribeye because of their lower fat content. They won't have quite the same tender texture either - but now I am just being picky - they are fabulous!
Approx. weight 240g per steak.
