If you don't know about brisket then the secret should be out! It is a fabulous basis for slow cooked recipes where the meat breaks down into a rich, tender meat. If you’ve had corned beef or pastrami before, then you’ve had brisket. Go on, try it!
We supply brisket rolled for ease of cooking and consistency of roasting - once roasted, cut the strings and serve “flat” if you prefer.
We can also supply whole brisket (not rolled) for use on barbecues and (Texas Style!) smokers, in particular. Send an email or call us on 01271 533966 for more information.
All weights approximate and 1 - 1.5kg (for 4 - 6 people).
For a seriously rich and flavoursome Sunday lunch, try Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's Beef Brisket recipe. This recipe should give you enough leftover beef for sandwiches in the week!
Use the BBC Food's Roast Calculator to find your perfect meat cooking time based on weight and cut.

Had a 1.5kg piece of brisket and cooks for 5 hours with stock, red wine and veg. Amazing, so very tasty and totally yummy. Would recommend. Having the creedy duck breasts tonight. We have tried a variety of your meat and it has always been great.
Slow cooked in the oven for about 4 hours, very tasty, a little goes along way, hardly any shrinkage, so good I’ve bought another one.
We had slow cooked brisket for Sunday roast. Really good and so tasty.
Had brisket many times before and always been more than satisfied. Great taste and value. However last purchase was disappointing. We cooked it as we have always done and it did no way turn out as usual. We hope the next brisket will be back to the normal quality and taste.
