Beautiful quality of meat as always
I slow-roasted the lamb shoulder and it was tender and full of flavour. Top quality meat as always from Withecombe’s.

Always so tasty. I slow roasted it and it fell off the bone. Great value and consistently good quality
The quality of this lamb is what you'd expect, perfect. I slow roasted mine in an ancho/guajillo adobo for 6 hours and turned it into lamb barbacoa tacos.
