If you don't know about brisket then the secret should be out! It is a fabulous basis for slow cooked recipes where the meat breaks down into a rich, tender meat. If you’ve had corned beef or pastrami before, then you’ve had brisket. Go on, try it!
We supply brisket rolled for ease of cooking and consistency of roasting - once roasted, cut the strings and serve “flat” if you prefer.

Had a 1.5kg piece of brisket and cooks for 5 hours with stock, red wine and veg. Amazing, so very tasty and totally yummy. Would recommend. Having the creedy duck breasts tonight. We have tried a variety of your meat and it has always been great.
Slow cooked in the oven for about 4 hours, very tasty, a little goes along way, hardly any shrinkage, so good I’ve bought another one.
