Brand new product. We are never happy and always want to improve and that includes the bacon! We have been looking for a while. Now we have found it! How good is this bacon?
Very, very good is the answer. Dry cured bacon is the Rolls Royce of bacon experiences as far as I am concerned. Yes, a little more expensive but don't worry about that, it is worth every penny. Just look how good it looks!
Our dry cured back bacon is lean, tender, thick cut (54g - check the differences with competitors online!) and expertly trimmed.
As with our "standard" bacon, it is a staple to the traditional English breakfast or the centre point of that lunchtime BLT. Or just look at that bacon bap. You know you want one, right now. Whatever time it is. And it needs to be Rolls Royce, this time!

Scrumptious just sums it up. We enjoyed as a brunch along with the excellent pork sausages as a 96th birthday treat for my father in law. He, and we, enjoyed every mouthful. Proper job.
